Default 9800GT, XFX or Zotac AMP

Hi guys, been a while since the last time I was here with a question

So anyways, my question this time is about the 9800GT, should I get the XFX one (core) or the Zotac one (AMP Edition), both 512MB and under $200

Can you guys tell me which one is better when it comes to heat and and fan noise? I know that the Zotac one is already OCed and it could be the better deal, but I just want to know which one is cooler and quieter. Thanks in advance for all who help.

They're both single slot coolers, so they would both run at around the same temperature. As for noise my XFX 8800GT used to be pretty much silent, but when gaming it used to be quite noisy. I'd imagine the Zotac would be similar.

I'd go for the XFX, just for the warranty.

I'm sure the Zotac comes with higher clocks, but the XFX will be better because of the Warranty.
