Ah, thanks for the info. Just checkin' to be sure and get some input on this situation. I only need it to last me 2-3 months since thats around when I'm done with my college, I'll be able to afford the PSU I actually want and other upgrades then.

As for the card I'll go with a 9600 for now as well.
Thanks everyone for the fast responses top the question. Much appreciated.

Take one of those for the PSU, both should be sufficient

I don't need it to last for ages, I just need it to last me several months when I don't have to worry about paying my college tuition. I just need it basically to get my first build off the ground for the time being :P
I have owned this psu. It blew up in 6mo. I replaced it with a top of the line corsair 850w.

If you just spend $25 now, you will have to keep spending it on more crappy psu's, or you can just get a good one and be done with it.

Go for quality. And if you can't afford that, at least get a +40$ rosewill. Risky but better than that epower

edit: mine should be the top review on this page. lol

Nah dude you dont get it. I only need it to last 2 months im not gonna keep spending cheap money on cheap psus. I have a part time job and im paying my own college no help from parents or anything. Therefore i have a tight budget. I have 2 months till my semester ends and then I was going to get the corsair 650TX after the semester when i have money tos pend. I just need this psu for 2 months to get my rig up and running. I've been building it since black friday for petesake. Yeah, that tight of a budget.
