Wow really thats cool I didn't know newegg does that. Well even if I don't get the MIR its still $179/$181 shipped which is cheaper than newegg.

Edit: I just checked and newegg charges $14.77 tax which makes it $193.76

Check out a slew of comparison benchies (in my sig) between the GTX 260 Core216 and the 8600GT if you are interested in how much better it is for gaming (hint: TONS).

TigerDirect gives I just read that TigerDirect gives you credit if a price of an item you buy drops after you buy it.

The price of an item I purchased has dropped prior to shipment. Is it possible to get a refund of the difference?

If the item has not shipped, you may get a price adjustment before the item gets sent out. If the item was already shipped, you may get the difference in TigerDirect Credit to use on a future order.

They didn't charge me tax. It might be because you and newegg are both in CA, therefore they can charge a sales tax. States can't tax people for things bough over the internet out of state. YET.
