-Have you checked your RAM sticks individually?
-Cleared CMOS? -Was your computer turned off before you went on vacation? -Maybe your power supply is to blame? (Inwin isn't known for it's quality)

Do it Harder

what pc are you posting to the forum with. or are ya using a cell phone.. personally of you think its the video card then swap out a different one. are you getting any beep codes or display codes on the motherboard. does it seam like its booting up just with out a display. there could be many different things that have gone wrong here. as said start with the basics break the system down to the min parts. and trouble shoot from there. sadly if you are limited on parts its going to be harder to test. ussally i find that when it comes to video cards its either the card or the psu thats bad. the psu you can check by jump starting it with the paperclip trick and using a mutli meter to prob the 12v 5v and the 3v lines to see if they are all reading like they should. good luck with your issue and hope its an easy and inexpensive fix
edit: by the way i dont think your psu is even good enough to be run with that card. the min power is 400 watts at 24amps what is your 12v+ rail on that psu . and your only leaving min wattage for the system.
