BFG has great customer support and they have this trade-up program(forgot the name). BFG is definitely better than PNY.

Be careful. BFG apparently ended lifetime warranty support at some point recently.

Also, I believe your Phenom may not bottleneck the SLIed pair. I had an Athlon X2 5200+ and found that 2x 8800GT = 2x 9800GTX+ in benchmarking. As soon as I slapped in an Athlon II X2 250, up went my 9800GTX+ 3Dmarks

I found that GTX 260 for 180 bucks, is it a big difference from the GTS 250? I could wait another month to get the 260. I'm upgrading from an IGP so anything would be good.

Wait for the 260, it's a really good card. I bought mine about a month ago and I'm so impressed with it.

Don't get the 260. If you're going to save up then save up for the 4890. It's a tip-top card, better performance per $ than the 260, 216sp.
