This is how I see it. There are three factors.
1: How you talk with support contact. Be careful as to how you word your complaint/request. Setting the wrong tone will make the tech not very supportive of your problem. 2: The general mood of the support person you are in contact with. Sometimes you will just get an Ahole you wishs to screw everybody's RMA's today. Is this situation I recommend a phone call. Ask to speak with a supervisor if you can not get a resolution. 3: Your claim is totally not valid and they know you are trying to screw them. I hope no one here voted to boycott EVGA just because they wouldn't honor a RMA that wasn't legit
