If you are willing to boycott EVGA after tons of poor customer support and shoddy business practices, please VOTE here and leave your comments on why. No questions why please.
Thanking whatever fates that I didn't buy an eVGA board to SLI stuff with my Q9550. Be keeping my Asus P5Q Pro, and at least Asus seems to have a sensible RMA policy and non-dillweed techs who don't blame their incompetence on the customer.
Oh sure, why not. Haven't bought EVGA stuff, but probably won't for a good long time, if ever....I have yet to hear XFX RMA stories about "oh, some pins were bent on your board, so we'll have to charge you for your DOA board."
While I haven't bought a new eVGA product in a few years I'm boycotting because of the way they've been treating their customers as of late. I won't buy from a company if I know that they'll do their best to screw me over.
I've had nothing but outstanding service from eVGA, and their products, and their 90 day step up. So you sir, the OP, are fail.

Ive gone thru 3-4 RMAs thru EVGA, one was a step up on a card, the other 3 was defective mobos that they sent out to me. Everytime they were more than happy to help and cross ship me another motherboard. They have been helpful everytime I call and I had a guy on the phone with me for about 20 minutes troubleshooting why my mobo had a red light, it ended up being the bios chip wasnt set right.
Anyways, I have received very good support from EVGA, so I wont boycott, even tho they sent me 2 crap mobos, they replaced them right away.
I've never had a problem personally with EVGA but people don't just say bad things about EVGA for nothing.
I used to hear all good things about their warranty and RMA process; now I'm not so sure.
If boycotting EVGA means sending them a message that they're going downhill, then so be it...
