It's just the frame no sides or front. Could it be my audio card putting off all the heat and getting sucked into the card?

Sounds faulty to me as well but does your case have good air flow? Do you have like large intake and exhaust fans... Also the expansion slots are they ventilated, if not open up the ones above and below the card. I suggest seeing if you can have the card replaced though. If your really into gaming than just once its replaced, see if you can sell the card saying that its new then trow in another 100 and get a GTX 260 core 216 they are selling for under 200 now.

Ok so i ran Furmark for 200 sec and got up to 85c whats the max on this card?

85 max is fine no harm but if its bothering you ,you may fix a 80mm fan under the GPU
