Default My temps

Im not sure if this is hot or not, but take a look at these tmps and tell me what u think..
GPU: 51c
TEMP 1: 45c
Temp 2: 44c
Core: 40c

this is all as Im typing now, so just Firefox is up...are these too hot?

Not really. The GPU temp is spot on, as for the cores they look normal.

So under load what should I expect...I can feel the back of my case and it got pretty hot...not too hot to touch but getting close

The back will and should feel hot [mine does too], because that's where all the hot air goes. The airflow means the cold air comes in from the front and the hot air goes out of the back. Under load you should expect something like 55C-60C for the CPU, and anything around 80C-90C for the GPU.

But to summarise, all of your temps are perfectly normal

Your temperatures are normal. You shouldn't worry about idle temperatures that much and by the way, all heat comes from behind the case.

I just jumped onto Oblivion with forced 16x Antialiasing and a bunch of graphic mods and after 5 min of running around outside I hit 72c,...is tht pretty good?

Sweet...im just scared this is my first custom built from scratch I did and I really dont want it cooking on me lol...another quick question..theres a wire thts hanging on the back of my grpahics card (or I guess u could say it sitting on the back of it..I can see it thru the windows of the case...is tht a problem?
