Yeah, I just restarted my comp and it seems to be working again.. I dont know thats was really weird. Its like it was stuck at the power saving clocks. Cause in game it was the same.
Strange.

Yep. Did the artifacts go? It could just be your drivers, tried reinstalling?

Well I tried linking Core and shaders and bumped it up to 700/1509... was getting artifacts immediatly in ATItool, so i unlinked them, backed off the core and it was still happening, so i bumped the core back up to 700, backed the shaders off to 1480, and the artifacts were gone.. So I guess it is the shaders that are causing my problems.

Ok, good that they have gone. If you are sure it's the shaders then you can re-overclock the core and if they come back just keep it down a bit.
__________________Remember that shaders work in bands of 55Mhz. So if you turn the shader clock down by 20 and it still artifacts, then you shuld try putting it down 35Mhz more.
