This should work, and will be the best energy efficient model you can get. Just make sure you have at least 24a on the 12v rails.

What's the +12v amperage, and is it a quality PSU?

I've seen some 300w PSUs that could handle an overclock dual core and a G92 without any issues what so ever.

I'm sure you can run a 4770 on a 300w PSU. Your components don't require alot of power, I'd say 500W maximum.

A 9500GT is comparable to a 7900GS which also bests the 8600GTS. Though a HD4650 will be slightly better than a 9500GT.
