I actually believe the ATI HD4770 will run on a 300W PSU. Similar performance to the 4850 i've heard. 1 slot. I wanted to sell my 4850 and buy 2 of them, but now 4830s are getting cheap. AND if you ever decide you want to crossfire you can upgrade your PSU to a 500W and crossfire 2 of them with no problem. ASUS sells a $99 one on NewEgg. Rape a 9800+ with this card...

If the OP can't spend $100 on a graphic card, why even have the phrase "best Graphics Card" in the thread title.....
Aha it is Mr "Super Lap Job/Troll"

We know that the 9800GT is better, and yes the 4670 is good for the budget too, but if you actually read the op and the thread you would have seen that it more than likely isn't a build for him, but a friend. And yes he could upgrade the PSU etc, but has the thought ever crossed your mind that perhaps the person in question doesn't need anything more powerful than a 4650/9500GT, hence the reason for no PSU upgrade?

OP: I would say grab a 9500GT [Try and get a non reference GDDR3 one for the best performance or a GDDR3 4650, which are slightly harder to find.]

4650 or 4670. About 15euro between them in price, 4670 a good bit better. Both ok for 300w

I 9800GT would not rape a HD 4670. In fact its the other way around. A HD 4670 1gb will blow you away buddy, its a good gpu and you will be happy. Can run all games most soon recommended some on minimum. I have it on my old bomb, and it runs GTA IV, smoothly on normal settings. Its a great GPU, you will enjoy it.

75W is the max possible through the PCIe slot. The "low power" 9800 GT 1GB actually draws around 66W at stock speeds. The 512MB version (if any ever appears on the market) will probably be a couple watts lower. The 9600 GT "low power" version will also likely be a bit lower.
