Arrow Best Graphics card that will work under a 300w PSU

Yup, basically the title says it all. I am wondering what ones of the latest, or recent graphics cards will run on a 300w PSU.

will some of those low end ATI 4660 or whatevers work, i ran a XFX XXX OC'd 8600GTS on my old HP with a 300w. so i know that is my range..

This is for a HP build so im just wondering what i should buy.

Thanks

i also want cheaaap.. its a amd 64 x2 3800+ 2.0 GHz. 200GB HD.

the 9400GT is 50 dollars and calls for 300w or greater, the 4650 is 79 and calls for 400w.. something like that maybe.
