Do you mean you are getting a 275 but want to know which brand to get?

I think there is no reason for more Memory in GPU then 896 [61$ more for 2x memory is not worth for me in my money]

XFX or EVGA. EVGA is normally a bit higher in price but their products are really good and you have the step up program. Their customer service as of recently, from what I hear, is starting to get spotty so I would actually suggest XFX over EVGA. XFX has great customer service, a great warranty, and amazing products.

I have stuck with XFX on all my cards. (8800GS XXX ED + 2 GTX260's) and they have all worked flawlessly, when i was trying to troublshoot a problem i had, XFX were very helpful and very polite and easy to talk to.
They also have very attactive cards, amazing warranty and customer service.
