At most, you can run the second card for physx. The Duke is correct about having two different cards with different sp's folding in the same rig. It can like drop the ppd of the 9800gtx+ to where the two cards combined would equal what the 98800gtx+ does on it's own.

You can not do SLI on your computer because you DO NOT have an Nvidia chipset. You however could use the card for PhysX or you could use the card to fold. What board do you need for SLI? You need any Nvidia Nforce board that has at least TWO PCIE lanes. EX: nforce- 650i-680i- ect or X58/Skulltrail board
