The thing you should know about systems like these is that usually the power supply they come with is complete crap.
You might want to consider getting a nice Corsair PSU, or something along those lines, because I wouldn't trust that PSU that comes with the system.

I think you'll be ok since teh card is rated at 400wattz needed. But future suggestion would be to save a bit up to get a higher amp/watt powersupply to ensure you dont get craped out if the 450 one fails and catches on fire.

OT: Also, with that kit, keep in mind the RAM won't be running in a dual channel config with a 2gb stick and a 1gb stick. Just a little trick TD tries to pull to lower prices more.

Yes, because if you have a 1gb and a 2gb stick you wont be running at full potential.

The Pure Power of the PSU should be around 230 Watts.
Well, not all PSU that come with the case is a crap. But sure it is a crap if you were planning to build a gaming rig with that. Most PSUs that come out with case only had one 12V rail. The PSU should be okay for office use but not for high-end gaming. You just need to get a new decent PSU. Most people here will suggest Corsair. But if you were looking for a nice and cheap 400-500 Watts PSU, I would suggest FSP Saga II. They are quite good, cheap, and you got a lifetime warranty.
