Default 9800gt on 500 watts?

i'm getting a 9800gt

i have a pc power and cooling 500 watts psu with 35amp on 12v.

can i run it on the power supply?

i have a 9600gt right now..

You most certainly can. Even the Corsair CX400W can run it, and possibly even the 380W Antec Earthwatts!

Yes a 9800GT can run on an 380W Antec Earthwatts. Hell you can SLI GTX260 on my 500W

(8800GT is the same as 9800GT, except for the more recent ones which run cooler because they're 55nm instead of 65nm)
