hi guys!
just would like to ask the typical idle and load temps of my friend's EVGA 9800gtx+ vanilla. right now he's idling at 60c and 70c load if fan is in auto.

Those are great temps for fan being on Auto. Maybe the idle is tad too high, try takeing off stock heat sync and putting on some decent thermal past. Also take compressed air to every inch of the heatsync/fan and that will lower temps too. clean heatsync with shroud off because it can hides/trap dust in the sync.

AS far as what I've seen, those are good temps. They're probably a few degrees higher than what most have, but it's summer and the ambient temp is probably higher.
