The kid doesnt seem intelligent enough to be messing with electronics.

Take it to someone local, perhaps a friend at a PC shop, and have them test it for you. A meter or just plain plugging it in should land you in the ballpark of its functionality.

I am intelligent,dont say I am not intelligent,btw,Im not a kid
I did alot of research before posting here,and I did almost all stores in here.
No one wants to test it to me... and no one can help me locally.The card cannot
pass warranty,physical damage... You guys are the first one to help me out that much.
And,please,I dont want to begin a fight about a rip off or not...I said I did NOT rip him off,you dont know all of the story,thanks!

Your grammar/words just dont come out fluently as Id expect from someone over 14. Maybe English isnt your first language though.

Get a meter and test them or something, or look up a local shop of shorts and see if theyll help you out for free.
Technically you still have the product and the money, so he got ripped. But it doesnt matter, if they didnt ask for it back I suppose its all good legally.

If you can find someone with a GTX to measure the value of those resistors, I can most likely send you the replacements...but I need to the right value's first...

ok,I am still waiting for getting back the card,I should receive a phone call this week.
While waiting,anyone got the same card,but toasted?I would like to find a fan and heatsink for me to try it,because I would have to buy a watercooling kit,and I am not sure,unless someone has a good one cheap.Thanks!

I got it repaired finally!
The resistances are 22 uF (microfarads).

Why not use that water block..? It's damaged but it doesn't look completely ruined.

Have you leaked tested it? (Not in your computer/on the card).

Maybe you could sell it?

Good job on getting that card fixed.
