Whats your res? If its low then now it wont be worth the power consumption, thats if the card is free, but if its high and you play newer demanding games you cant play maxxed out then yes.

i got a new 42" Fulll HDTV
havent played much on it yet
and another 19" but why should i play on it

Buy it for cheap from your mate and sell both on eBay / Craigslist.

Buy a 5850 with the profit. Run all of the monitors in the house from the 5850.
