Insane 8800GT
today my friend gave me a Palit 8800GT 512MB, so i got home and decided to see how far it would OC.
GPU Clock: Stock 600 - OC 750 Mem Clock: Stock 900 - OC 1150 Shader Clock: Stock 1500 - OC dont know yet is this not very high for an old 8800GT?

My old 8800GT came stock at 700Mhz core with link shaders so it's not too shabby of a OC

Did you stress test it at all? I can ramp my 285's core clock with 645 to 800, doesn't mean it's stable.

Run a few passes of 3dmark06, see if you can get through it a few times. You might also want to get OCCT to stress test it.
BTW, if it's just a basic 600 MHz 8800GT, that's a nice OC!

yeah i did 800+ with my two evga's , they were volt modded with duo orbs though. but nice clocks

The 8800GT memory was renowned for crapping out fairly quick past 1000mhz, so I would just concentrate on core

nice! Mine cone stock @ 670 and wont go any higher than 725 core. Also the moment my memory goes to 1Ghz, it locks up no matter what i do.
