Here's a litte collection I've pulled together. People say floppy/USB flashing is the safest, but they all work for me.

nVidia BIOS flashing:
Flashing with a floppy drive
Flashing in Windows 32bit(Basic)
Flashing and modding in Windows 32bit (full Nibitor modding)
USB bootable flashing
FLASH GPU BIOS FROM CD




EDIT: Looked at the pics again. I miss my Ultra. They really are beastly looking cards.

OT:I had a couple gtx cards before but always wanted Ultras. They look awesome. Sorry I cant help with the flashing just be sure to be careful and not destroy one of those fine cards.

Its funny, today at the shop one of my customer came in with a dead video card, a crappy FX5500, and I swapped it out with a card that cost $600 when it was new. I sold it to him for $14.99.
