Nice score! You'll be rockin those bad boys for a while yet. So what 2 5770's would smash the Ultras, But at what cost is two 5770s? Just my 3 Centz ;]

Ultras > 5770. You cannot compete.

I had a pair of PNY 8800GTXs when I first joined this forum, but I always wanted a pair (or 3) of Ultras. iirc an Ultra can still beat a 9800GTX, especially at higher resolutions.

Oh, the memories. I first really got into computers when the 8 series were popular, and man do I remember how big a single Ultra was, let alone two. My friend's GTX SLI rig was the talk of the school back then.

Can't say I would have spent money on them but still everyone to their own!

I remember the era of domination. The mighty 8800GTX was king for well over a year, then its bigger brother, the Ultra joined in its reign of doom. Muhhahahaa

Holding onto a computer part for three years is like holding onto a car for 15; if you don't sell it very soon it starts to lose its value.
