Finally got my EVGA Ultras[Edited 11/3/09] - Overclock.net

well......been looking forever and finally found them.....was looking for one.....but found two......now i know i could've gotten a GTX275 from here for that price but.....two Ultras for $200 which is not bad......anyways.....one is Superclocked and the other is standard..... i downloaded the KO bios cause i want to flash them both to KO specs......never done it.....want to do it.....need help on how to do it.....properly.....so any help is appreciated....thanx

edit.....took them apart to clean and reapply AS5 and new thermal pads

EDIT.......did some benchies

Batman - Arkham Asylum.....1680x1050..16XQ....PhysX High

had to do Crysis with 16XQ

......although bench is low.....the ingame performance is way different....22 to 32FPS

EDIT......more Crysis runs as requested

.....1680x1050,1920x1080,1900x1200 and 2560x1600...NO AA

1680 x 1050 AVG 38FPS

1920 x 1080 AVG 35FPS

1900 x 1200 AVG 35FPS.....sorry won't let me do 1920 x 1200

2560 x 1600 AVG 23FPS

What do you need ultras? you better fold them. My 2x 5770s would smash them in every way possible lol

I have had some bad experiences with gpu flashing. Not sure what flash programs Nvidia uses but do one at a time in DOS. If you flash the wrong bios and something goes wrong just pop the bad card in slot 2 and the ok card in slot 1 and flash it back.

To flash them you will need a copy of the BIOS you want to flash them with, a copy of
NVflash, a copy of Nibitor to make a back up of your BIOS and a windows boot disc or boot CD. screw all that check this out
