A couple of months ago I bought a custom made s-video cable for my 6200LE card, later that month I got my GTS 250 but to my surprise it had a different s- video connection, so here goes the question: Can I flash my BIOS to make the 7-pin s-video output from the GTS 250 to the 4-pin cable?
EDIT: If it is possible can anyone show me how to?

You don't need to for my cards the 7 pins allow an adaptor for component and also a 4 pin s video cable

Basically, the GPU just detects the right one. The 7 pin is because there is an adaptor to convert that to component video. If you plug in a 4 pin, it simply becomes an s video.

To the best extent of my knowledge, 7-pin outputs are backwards compatible with 4-pin cables, meaning you should be able to stick a 4-pin in that plug and still be able to get video.
