I am not sure on how crossfire works. Since Xfire is basically open source it should work on any motherboard. I don't know if any similar "hack" has been released for Crossfire similar to the one for Sli. If there is such a thing you could in fact have crossfire.

Edit: I just remembered that x58 supports Xfire. Bassically you are just telling windows that your motherboard has an x58 chipset. So it could work. I'm not entirely sure.
