Hi, i was just watching some videos on youtube a few minutes ago when all of the sudden my whole screen got fuzzy as if you were watching TV without a signal. This has never happend before.
__________________I have only had this card for a couple months now, and have had no problems until recently when a couple of days ago i was getting some weird color distortion while playing COD5 and now this. Could my new card be dying or is it something else in my system? Any help is appreciated, thanks in advanced!

The cooling on your 9800GT probably isn't sufficient. I'd say get a new cooler, like a thermaltake duorb or something of the sort.

#1 Do you have Riva Tuner installed? If you don't install it and have all your temps in your tray like this: (attached)
#2 Is the card overclocked?

Power down. Unplug. Discharge--press the start button for a few seconds. Pull the card and look to see if the fan/heat sink is dirty. Clean it out if you have to. Just be careful. Reseat the card and make sure it's in there properly. Plug up everything. Button up and power up.
__________________I would suggest you install Riva Tuner even if you don't want to overclock your card. Then grab Fur Mark and run a quick stress test. Watch the temps closely. If the card itself is dying/defective FurMark will show it pretty quick. What drivers are you using?
