Default GTX 260 OC Temp questions

Alright I'm running 2 XFX GTX260 216s (Core Edition) I've gotten them up to 738/1512/1134 (Stock is 576/1242/999) I can push the memory to the next stepping but it gets a little warm for my liking (48c)
So my question is what are the max temps for the memory on that board....

I would think it would be along the lines of other types of RAM. My personal preference would be to keep it under 50c for sure lower the better.

Is this under load? 48 is pretty low if so. Max temp for these cards is 105C but if mine gets in the high 60's I have artifacting.

my cards are at 43C and 42C with PCB1 at 36C and PCB2 at 34C. all with a ~22C ambient while just browsing OCN. Gaming I have seen up to 58C at hightest but I run 100% fan while gaming.

I'm talking about the memory I think you're talking about the GPU my GPU stays under 65c and with Furmark I've seen it top out at 74c but it was 86f in the room....
I'm looking for the max temp the memory can operate at. I've got artifacts no BSODs nothing I just don't want to overheat my memory.
