PNY 9800GT No 6 Pin Power?

Looking on newegg for a video card for my friend and i see this 9800gt by PNY and i'm looking at it and see it doesn't have the 6 pin power adapter? Or maybe i'm missing something.

correct, I believe zotac has a version that doesn't have a supplemental power conntecor either, great for little micro builds or physx without needing a PSU upgrade

What could would you recommend for 100 or less. That's what is in his bank account right now and his GPU just crapped out. i had a 7000 radeon PCI i threw in there so he could at least boot.

What PSU?

I'd say go for a HD4830 or HD4850. I'm just not sure if that Earthwatts 380w is enough juice for them...
