Smile 8500 GT power req?

Okay I really want to get an Nvidia Geforce 8500 GT. It says it requires a 350 watt PSU but I only have a 300. Will it still work? If not how can I fix this without buying a new psu?

AMD is not better than Intel in some ways and is better in other ways. Intel is better than AMD in some ways and worse than AMD in others.
Peace!
