Can I run a PCI GXF card in Phyx mode?

Can I use an old nvidia card that uses the pci slot vs. the pcie slot for the phyx thing?

It has to have stream processors... 8-series on.
There are a few PCI 8/9 series cards (maybe 2?).

im assuming that a series 6-7 card wouldn't have it then
