Dual GPU in one card.
It's epic win, of course.

GTX295 Co-op is a GTX295 on a single PCB instead of the dual PCB design. The GTX275 Co-op is a GTX275 with a GTS250 for PhysX

Co-Op could refer to two cards: The GTX 295 Co-Op and the new eVGA GTX 275 Co-Op.
It's basically just a name for more than one GPU at once: The GTX 295 Co-Op is two GTX 275 GPUs on the same PCB and the GTX 275 Co-Op is a GTX 275 GPU with a GTS 250 onboard for PhysX. Co-Op = Cooperation between two GPUs.

Or its the story mode (or single player mode) of a video game, but with you and a friend playing at the same time!

Ohhh, okay that makes more sense. So the GTX 275 Co-op... is this card faster than a 285 with the extra 250? I'm assuming yes.

If you play games that have PhysX on, yes. Otherwise no because they aren't technically SLI'd. So most games will see absolutely no advantage.

The GTS 250 will be used for PhysX acceleration, which isn't relevant for a lot of games, it's a waste of money to be honest.

GG I feel like an idiot. While we're on the topic, what's the 295 Hydro Copper? Some kind of heat sink?

Hydrocopper is a watercooling block for the co-op 295 made by evga. IMO it's a better deal to buy the regular co-op 295 and get a separate block. Comes out to around the same price, maybe less, but you get the stock air cooler just in case.
