at that price range (budget less than $50) the GDDR3-equipped 9500's actually do compete very well and is probably going to be one of the better options. This Gigabyte 9500 GT would be a better option than the one you linked. A comparable ATI card is about an HD4550, but they seem to lower performers compared to the 9500 GT. if you're willing to bump to the next price range ($50-$100) you get a few better options.
at an even further bump in price (around $100), gets you very good cards for the money. again, make sure at least GDDR3, but at these cards lower GDDR levels are rare.
edit---------------- well that's gonna be tougher, especially at that pricepoint. BB tends to have the video card prices as much as 1.5-3x their online e-tailer competitors. if you can find a clearance deal, they're tough to beat but otherwise their prices suck out loud.

All the ones I mentioned are PCI-Express cards. At last check your motherboard chipset supports PCI-Express and shouldn't have oddball slots (AGP, legacy PCIx, legacy ISA, etc) so you should be good to go and it should be easily identifiable.
If you're unsure about PCI-Express 2.0 which appears on some of the cards, it's the same as PCI-Express 1.0 (original), except it has a larger bandwidth and is fully backwards compatible. In your application it won't matter either way as you likely won't be anywhere near saturating the PCIe 1.0 bandwidth

I would get one of these if i were you : MSI R4670-MD512 Radeon HD 4670 512MB/GIGABYTE GV-R467D3-512I Radeon HD 4670 512MB , i had the Gigabyte card myself and i can say that it a great bang for buck , and at your resolution you def. don't need 1GB , it will play most games on high settings ![]() Edit: also noticed the price of that 4350 , and was shocked to say the least...

Bestbuy has the worst choice i've ever seen , and everything is overpriced... My advice is not to get parts in a hurry ,or you'll end up paying twice ,because you didn't explore all the options available to you at the time. But it's up to you. If you're a gamer , and want a powerful card ,you def won't get anything worthy from bestbuy in the <100$ area...
