While I understand that you likely want the card quickly, having BB as the only brick and mortar retail chain as an option and getting a good value for your money is excessively difficult.
also, the ones you are linking are significantly less powerful than the options online. you're going from a 1gb memory (still a bit excessive at that resolution) + 128-bit interface to 1 gb memory + 64-bit interface taking a feasible bottleneck and forcing it into a corset.

for example:
  • the 4350 you linked is $79.99 + tax
  • the same card at Newegg (as I don't know your location I'll assume in the US) is $49.99 with free shipping and no tax (unless you live in a state where they've got a physical office/store/distribution center)

$30, at your stated video card budget, is almost enough to pick up a Rosewill Stallion 400W power supply. It's not the most recommended brand. But since they've added their Stallion line (a major improvement since prior, Rosewill was often one of the PSU timebombs), I've considered Rosewill's PSUs are good for low budget gaming PCs now.

Do you live near a Circuit City store..?
9600 GSO $75.
Radeon 4670 $70.
Radeon 4670 $80.

If you have one near by call and see if these are available in-store.

But, I agree with everyone else. You will get A LOT more bang for your bucks if you just sit tight and find a good online deal.

As an example: Bought the 4850 I gave to my nephew from the egg for 69 bucks open box.

and the saddest part is that when you total it up, you'll still be able to get it cheaper than at BB

OP
Something to consider with the Nvidia numbering thing.
The _500 compared to a _600 is far bigger than the numbers imply.
An 9500 is far lower in real game play quality than say a 9600 in the gaming world!
Since the days of 5500, 6500, 7500, 8500, 9500 many gamers were basically screwed over compared to the _600 in cost to performance.
The _800 Were the best of their series in the day.

All in all, the best solution for you would be an better and antiquate PS and good video card provided you do have a PCIe graphic card slot on your current MB.

Don't go the next day, it's NOT worth in most of the time... especially ordering on a Saturday as they won't likely process it until Monday. And even if they do process it today and get it on the truck today, you'll likely not get it any quicker than the 3 day shipping.

Finally , you are starting to think with your brain... Those require a better PSU than your 300W , that you have chosen earlier. Like the one offered by Firestorm.
So your budget is 110$ now? If so ,you should get a 4850/gTS250(those that you offered are good , i like the HIS ati ) , you will be able to max almost anything playing on that resolution.
