I have an FX 5900XT with DVI, S-Video and VGA inputs anyway, is there any way possible that I can hook my PS2 up to the s-video (Without sound, of course) and have it display on my PC monitor? ~sktfreak +rep for help

No, the S-Video ports on graphics cards, they can only send OUT Video Signals and not in.

You need a TV tuner card for video inputs. Even then, some cards have input lag.
