Default S-Video Question

Hey guys
I have an FX 5900XT with DVI, S-Video and VGA inputs anyway, is there any way possible that I can hook my PS2 up to the s-video (Without sound, of course) and have it display on my PC monitor?

You need a TV tuner card for video inputs. Even then, some cards have input lag.

Okay, are they say $30 ones on ebay any good? I'm just looking for something to play/record PS2 on my Monitor, because I don't have a TV right now
