I have two GTX 295 video cards in my PC, but can only get two monitors to work (I have three).
__________________All monitors are DVI, and I am not running any SLI. I can plug one monitor into each video card, and both will display no problems. If I plug more than one video card into a video card, only one will work. So basically I have four monitor outputs, but a maximum of two video cards will display. Any ideas what I must enable to make more than two video cards to work? Since I am not using SLI, I thought I would be able to use up to 4 monitors.

Try uninstalling the GTX 295s in your device manager. Your OS should scan the cards for displays again apon rebooting.
Yes, you should be able to use all your monitors. have you tried reinstall the nvidia drivers yet?

Yes, tried that.
__________________I've actually reinstalled the OS, both Windows XP and Windows 7. I suspect that you can only run 1, 2 or 4 video cards can be operated and not three. I'm going to try and get another monitor for testing and see what happens when 4 monitors are connected.

Don't bother getting another monitor...just make a dummy plug like you can find in the folding forums here.

I borrowed a 4th monitor and hooked it up...
__________________Guess what happened... Three monitors came up... No matter what I tried, I could not get all four online... I think the problem is actually the output on one of the cards, nothing comes on regardless of what is plugged in. I'm OK with it for now, I only have three monitors and now are all working as long as it is not plugged into that one output.

If I understand the situation, you should definitely RMA^
What if you get another monitor in 3 months? By then your return period may be expired.

Did you try only plugging into the seemingly dead port?
