Default PhysX and Folding
So I have a GTS250 that I'm using as the main card. I plan to add my old 8800 GTS 640 for PhysX possibly. Could I use the 8800 for folding and PhysX?

yes you could.
That is a great Physx card too.
I doubt you'll be able to fold on it and run a physx game at the same time, but, you could fold on it till you wanna play a game, then turn the folding off
