Default Help in choosing GPU

Hey guys, I want to add another gtx260 to my setup.

However, with dx11 cards just being released, should i hold off and wait till new dx 11 cards from nvidia are released, thne sell my original gtx260 and buy the new one?

Or will that be too far in the future for me too wait. (Should i just get a second gtx260 because dx11 wont improve my performance by that much)

It's not that DX11 improves performance, it's more that it has improved graphics.

I would wait for much more DX11 games to be released.

If I was you, I would save up for a Nvidia 3xx series GPU, although that will be a long time away, so it might not really suit you.

I would pull the trigger on a 2nd gtx 260 tbh. Pick up a next gen card when some DX11games arrive. They will be in short supply & expensive on launch.

If you can find a deal on a 2nd GTX, go for it, otherwise I would just wait a few months and go for an ATI 5 series card. Prices should be down a little, and supply back up, and who knows what Nvidia will have by then.
