sent 7900gt

they sent back a 9500gt (fedex box)

9500gt = defective

sending the 9500gt in the fedex with USPS/Canada post

is that ok? can i reuse the box even though it has fedex logo etc on it? if i can't, can i take off the logo then use it with USPS/Canada psot?

So long as there are no bar codes pertaining to the old shipment you can use anything you'd like.

color over it with a marker if your that worried about it. Or just put a piece of tape over the logos. color over all old shipping info

Won't matter so long as the active shipping labels are clearly identifiable. I've re-shipped in used boxes quite frequently and just slapped the lablel over FedEx, UPS, USPS whatever...

Just cover/black out and prev lables / bar codes and you're good =)

I use all my NewEgg boxes to send back RMAs.

Put my Corsair PSU into a NewEgg box from my Creative Fatal1ty headset when I sent it off to Corsair for a replacement. Got it back as if it were nothing.

They shouldn't care. Just do what everyone else has said and you'll be fine.

What a coincidence, I just shipped out my old 295 an hour before reading this. Take a black permanent marker and completely darken EVERYTHING that's not put on by you relating to the shipment, and your fine.
