Default Any work around for this problem? (RAM wont clock any higher)

This is where I'm at right now:http://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/u4usq/

I think the core can go higher, but if I clock the RAM a little higher I start to get graphic errors on the desktop and all over the screen. I'm guessing I hit the max for the RAM?
