Default SAFE specs for GeForce 5700LE

My system specs are:
AMD Athlon64 2800+
256MB GeForce 5700LE
1 Gig pc3200 RAM
NF3 Duel SATA RAID

my overclocked specs right now are 300 core and 500 memory.
This is a shuttle box system and has a built in cooling system. These are the "optimal" settings that Coolbits software set for me>?
im a big time newbie when it comes to these hardware setups and I just purchased this computer. Are there any other hints at what I should do to tweak performance? i want to be safe though, as I cant afford to be replacing the hardware constantly. Any help is appreciated, thanks

if you want to be safe, then your best bet is to go with what coolbits detected. Another option is to replace your cooling solution then see what it can do.

yup...use Omega Drivers version 56.72 for nvidia and turn the quality settings in the graphic drivers off or all to performance.that should help a whole lot...but by the way....my PC is super tweaked dude...right down to the ram timings, processor clock(@2205mhz as well)Virtual Memory, the ram on the card shouldn't matter a whole lot because these cards aren't fast enough to access all that ram fast enough anyway....but nice score man...keep pushin er!I **** when I got over 30,000 but now its consistent!!!!

Default XFX 5700le... any le period?

I see you guys are OCing these...

I have one (bought today) and wondered...

Are you using any other than stock cooling?

When you have these up to where you are running them would they compare to a 9600 or 9550 running at 9600 levels?

I know I can get a 9550 a little cheaper than this card.. softmod it up to 9600 levels and there ya go.

Coolbits is what you use to oc this card?

Thanks

James
