It's four in the morning so i gotta get some sleep. The current state of play is that it works fine if i use the copy to ram option and i worked without using that option but I'm fairly sure that was because i had tried it that many times it was still stored in my ram.

I know pretty much-ish what the problem is i just got to find out what i need to change, I might only be one line in a config somewhere (hopefully).

I'll have a rummage through some files tomorrow and see if i can find what i want, If that fails i should probable talk to Gradgrind (Larch scripts creator) and see if he has a fix for me

My status. I was going to do a basic update of the current available OCNix build, but my "builder" died again, which means a complete reinstallation of Debian. I'm not exactly happy about doing this all over again.

As for the Ubuntu build: I can't get xfce to work at the moment.

If I use Xubuntu to create a simple distribution (with Reconstructor), the login gui is screwy and won't login. There is no official support for Xubuntu with reconstructor, and using Ubuntu means spending a long time removing gnome packages and adding proper xfce packages, and hoping they work together.
