Second logo, made the background darker. Or did you have something else in mind? Also, the font is Magenta BBT.

I think the O blends in with the flame a little too much. What if you flipped the gradient so the dark was on the left, or top to bottom like the overclock.net logo?

I like it. Then again, I don't have any real say in this as I can't bring much to the table. I'd be glad to test the final product when it gets closer to that stage...

Regarding the logo, I was keeping the wording of the original OCNix but if everyone wants to change it to "Linux for Overclockers" then I agree also.

I really like the theme too. As for the name, I just think having 'and the like' is a bit vague. Linux for Overclockers gives it a purpose. Maybe we can get it on distrowatch.
