Oh... after rebate.... never mind. Still have to cough up $100 at first. Rebates are the biggest scam ever (just my opinion).

I'd say it's hit and miss. Depends on who you're dealing with. At the least, never expect to see the rebate - consider it a bonus when (or if) the check arrives in the mail.

That GeiL RAM looks like a good deal even without the rebate. But that is one huge rebate!

yeah rebates are a pain! but usually the checks come. just think of it as a savings acct so when it comes in its time to buy another stuff! =)

Yup, I have never had a rebate I sent that I did not get. Some do take following up on, but IMO it is worth it. Some people don't want the hassel, and that's fine too.

BTW, it is now $42.99 shipped AR, and it is out of stock.

I tend to FAIL at MIR.

The prob with the esoteria is the silly "carbon fiber" applique on the HS. It actually creates a fitment issue in someboards bcause it is wider than most spreaders.
