Open Box: DFI LANPARTY DK X38-T2R LGA 775 Intel X38 ATX Intel Motherboard for $119.99 with free shipping! These boards might come as the board only, and will require you to purchase an I/O shield. This isnt always the case, but still a possibility. I've always been able to get the needed I/O shield from Motherboardpro.com.

This board is perfect for a pair of 4850 or 4870s!

This is almost as good as the $99 P5E (X38) board a few months back. Everyone who picked one of them up where happy with their purchase:

Be warned, Newegg has been known to change the price from day-to-day. I assume they have software that adjusts price based on demand. So as soon as these start selling, they will more then likely change the price. I saw them do this with the P5E and Maximus Formula a few months back.

You still have a good chance of getting everything included. But if you dont want to risk it, then get the retail as Me_XMan advised.

But an I/0 shield is $8 and a NB heatsink like the Thermalright HR-05 is $15.
