You didn't list the retailer in that particular thread. There's no problem at all with stating gear is being sold as a bundle (though it's a bit redundant since you listed two items with one price).

Nah, not really... If it was because of the [bundle] inclusion it would be nice for others to know. However, if it was because I forgot to list item, price or (r)etailer that's different.

ok nm then, I guess it was too early or such a good deal that I forgot to specify the retailer. I can see why that may be construed as a bit redundant, but I prefer letting people know right away that one item cannot be bought w/out the other(at least not at that discount).

Regardless, I just hope Fry's doesn't cancel my order :P

Sorry for the double post...

It's just I'm still slightly annoyed that my thread was deleted, I mean how many other threads get deleted just because someone made an honest mistake? I would assume most members that have been on the forums for more than a few months know the appropriate naming convention... Honest mistakes (IE omissions) can and will happen and I don't think outright deletion is the most appropriate action.

-Suggestion-

Maybe a system could be implemented where a thread is "flagged", at which point the thread starter has a set amount of time to fix his title/thread before it's automatically deleted. Maybe use the post icon can be used to designate the thread has been flagged and to remove flag status all the OP has to do is edit his post within the alloted time(say 12-24hrs)?

Sometimes if all that is missing is the prefix, I add it, but anything else I just delete the threads.

It's a simple enough rule to follow, so DO IT!

Yes, it's simple enough to follow... But it's also simple enough to unintentionally leave off a part of the title requirement, even for an established forum member.

No worries, to avoid further grievance on my part and to help limit the mods' required nuking efforts I'll just forgo posting deals. I'll stick to giving advice, testing/benching and post the occasional news blip. Win-win.
