Just a note.. these are 5400 RPM HDs... great for home servers and HTPCs.

Why do you need a HD (much less a 750GB HD) for a folding rig?


These GP are very cool and the quiest drive of this size. Again, great for home servers and HTPCs.

it says 5400-7200 rpm, so it probably spins slower when it idles?

I have the 1TB version of this drive, works great, it isn't gonna win any speed competitions though.
