i saw this in my email today too...kind of kicking my self since I bought a crappy 8400GS 512MB for my TV machine about two weeks ago and that thing was around $40 after shipping. Suprising how good it actually does...at 800x600 res

...but I could of had this. I've sent in EVGA rebates before and they are pretty quick with them

No, the title is in the correct format. "Shipped" conveys free shipping. The final price is what is shown.
