The CFM to RPM ratio seems odd as well.

For example the silverstone FM121 and scythe ultra kaze 3k will both do 110 CFM.

Both fans need 3000 RPM to do it. I find it hard to believe that a $5 fan can spin 500 RPM slower and yet demonstrate the same performance as two of the top 120mm fans available.

I have three of these on one of my rads, and they do a pretty good job. I have them dialed up about 50-60% speed, and they move a fair amount of air with very little noise. They're not all that bad at full steam, but my setup doesn't get enough benefit from the extra air flow to warrant the extra noise.

Typically SVC does not include shipping in their prices.
