I saw that on wireddeals, what can it do that the printscreen button doesnt? Or is the major feature the image editing software?

Screenshot captor does exactly the same thing and is always completely free (well it bugs ya for a donation whenever you launch it- but) :shrug:

It lets you do partial screen captures. So if you want to do a screen capture of an error dialog without the entire screen, it will do that.

BTW, this functionality is built into Vista and is called the "Snipping Tool". It's under the Accessories menu.

Just a FYI Vista has this built in, just go to Start > Accessories > Snipping Tool.

You can do full screen, active window, free draw, and rectangular draw.

Alt+PrtScrn will capture only the active window. I guess sometimes you want to capture two windows, but still only part of the screen, so it's useful for that.

or just open a picture, go to fix and click crop picture
